Bea3-ID is different then RapidShare ID, so if you had a RapidShare account that you are already using to download and you want to extend it then use "Extend Account" option to extend your existing account, otherwise, you have to use "Create Account" to create a new account of RapidShare.

Important Note: If you don't have an account in RapidShare, Please Choose Create Account.
